fa بررسی شیوع نیاز به درمان ارتودنسی در کودکان 12 ساله عمومى General مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">زمینه و هدف</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> شاخص نیاز به درمان ارتودنسی (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">IOTN (Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> ابزار مناسبی برای اندازه گیری میزان نیاز به درمان در جامعه بوده و دارای کارآیی های متعددی از جمله برنامه ریزی، تقسیم منابع و بهبود استانداردهای درمانی می باشد.</span><a name="OLE_LINK46"></a> <span style="font-family:b lotus;">هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع نیاز به درمانی ارتودنسی در کودکان دبستانی می باشد.</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">روش بررسی</span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی توسط نمونه گیری خوشه ای، 400 دانش آموز در سنین 12 ساله بدون هیچ گونه سابقه درمان ارتودنسی انتخاب شدند.</span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;">شاخص </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">IOTN</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> با روش پیشنهادی سازمان جهانی بهداشت تعیین گردید و پرسشنامه ای که شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک بود نیز تکمیل گردید.</span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;">در تحلیل&nbsp; داده هاازآزمون </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Regression&nbsp; Logistic</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> ساده از </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Menu</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;">، </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Complex Sample Analyse</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> استفاده شد و با استفاده از ازمون </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Frequency</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;">&nbsp; از, </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Menu Descriptive Statistics</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;">&nbsp;&nbsp; فراوانی هر یک از </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Grade</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;">&nbsp; های&nbsp; </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">IOTN</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;">&nbsp; محاسبه شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">یافته ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">:<a name="OLE_LINK50"></a> در مطالعه ی حاضر در مجموع 373 نفر که از این میان 154 نفر پسر(41.3) و 219 نفر دختر(58.7) بودند دارای پرسشنامه کامل بودند. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که 307 نفر(82.43%) نیاز به درمان ارتودنسی داشتند.</span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;">در آنالیز آماری مشخص شد که جنسیت عامل تاثیر گذاری بر روی </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">IOTN</span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> نیست.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:<a name="OLE_LINK52"></a> در مقایسه با بسیاری از مطالعات انجام شده قبلی، دختران نیاز به درمان بیشتری داشتند</span></span></span> <strong>Background and aims:</strong> Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN) is a known index for measuring the need for treatment in the community. It uses in planning, sharing of resources and improve standards of treatment. The aim of this study was to evaluate indicators of need for orthodontic treatment is in primary school children.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>In this cross-sectional study by convenience sampling, 400 students between the ages of 12 years old with no history of orthodontic treatment were selected. IOTN index was determined by the method recommended by the World Health Organization and also completed a questionnaire that included demographic questionnaires. Simple and Multiple Regression logistic tests of test data to be used Complex Sample Analyze menu. By using of Frequency, Menu Descriptive Statistics were calculated frequency of each Grade of IOTN.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: In this study, a total of 373 samples in 7 boys and 9 girls&#39; school were studied. Among them 154 were boys (41.3%) and 219 females (58.7%). The results showed that 307 patients (82.43%) needed the orthodontic treatment.
