fa اوالژن دندان انسیزور دائمی نابالغ:گزارش مورد عمومى General مقاله پژوهشي Research Article <span style="color:#2C3EEC;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اوالژن دندان های دائمییکی از جدی ترین آسیب های دندانی می باشد و اقدامات اورژانسی درست و بموقع برای پروگنوز آتی چنین صدماتی ضروریست.</span></span></span><span style="color:#2C3EEC;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="color:#2C3EEC;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">گزارش مورد:</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">دندان انسیزور سانترال&nbsp; سمت چپ فک بالای یک دختر بچه&nbsp; هشت&nbsp; ساله، دچار اوالژن شده بود و دندان اوالس شده در شیشه ای که حاوی شیر و یخ بود، نگهداری شد و دندان در عرض 75 دقیقه در جای خود قرار گرفت.بعد از 18 ماه، هیچ نشانه و علامتی از ابنورمالیتی وجود نداشت و تشکیل ریشه ادامه یافته بود.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="color:#2C3EEC;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ترمیم دندان فرایندی است که وابسته به شرایط اوالژن، اقدامات صورت گرفته جهت ریپلنت دندان و فاکتورهای اختصاصی وابسته به میزبان می باشد.آگاهی از این عوامل و درک این موضوع که ترمیم آتی دندان ارتباط نزدیکی به این عوامل دارد، توسعه گایدلاین ها واستانداردهای کلینیکال برای مدیریت دندان اوالس شده را ضروری می سازد.</span></span></span><span style="color:#2C3EEC;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction: </strong>Avulsion of permanent teeth is one of the most serious dental injuries, and a prompt and correct emergency management is very important for the prognosis.<br> <br> <strong>Case presentation:</strong>An eight-years-old female patient&rsquo;s maxillary left central incisor avulsed and the avulsed tooth kept in glass contained milk and ice and replanted in 75 minutes. After 18 months there weren&rsquo;t any sign and symptom of abnormality and the root continued its formation.<br> <br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Healing is further complicated by the conditions of the avulsion accident, replantation management, and patient-specific factors.
