Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD] refers to a group of neurodevelopmental disorders which include social and communicational impairments along with restricted or repetitive behavioral stereotypes. Dental management of an autistic child requires a comprehensive understanding of the disorder and various behavior guidance techniques. This study presents a single visit full mouth rehabilitation of a 10-year-old autistic child with history of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula and seizure under general anesthesia regarding uncooperative behavior and multiple medical and behavioral problems, which made the dental treatment extremely difficult.
