fa بررسی ارتباط برخی ویژگیهای دموگرافیک و اجتماعی با فراوانی مکیدن انگشت در کودکان 4 تا 6 ساله عمومى General مقاله پژوهشي Research Article زمینه و هدف: انتخاب راه صحیح پیشگیری یک بیماری یا ناهنجاری خاص بدون توجه به عوامل اتیولوژیک آن موثر نیست و عادات دهانی از عوامل اتیولوژیک محیطی مشکلات ارتودنتیک است. هدف مطالعه تعیین رابطه برخی ویژگیهای دموگرافیک و اجتماعی با فراوانی مکیدن انگشت در کودکان 4 تا6 سال شهرستان دشتی بوشهر است. روش بررسی: نوع مطالعه مقطعی و توصیفی تحلیلی است. گروه هدف کودکان 4 تا 6 سال و شامل 630 کودک که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات به واسطه سوال از والدین و بررسی پرونده خانواده و ثبت در چک لیست جمع آوری شدند. یافته ها: فراوانی مکیدن انگشت بین دختران شایعتر از پسران است. 131 کودک عادت مکیدن انگشت داشتند و 499 کودک فاقد آن بودند. از این تعداد 73 دختر، 7/55% و 58 پسر، 3/44% عادت مکیدن انگشت داشتند.فراوانی مکیدن انگشت میان کودکانی که خانواده های آنها دخانیات استفاده می کنند ومنزل مسکونی شخصی ندارند ،شایعتر است طول مدت تغذیه باشیشه شیر و استفاده از پستانک با مکیدن انگشت نسبت عکس دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: مکیدن انگشت با جنس کودکان ارتباط دارند. استفاده از دخانیات در خانواده و داشتن خانه مسکونی با مکیدن انگشت درکودکان رابطه دارد و تغذیه با شیشه شیر طولانی تر از 12 ماه و استفاده ا ز پستانک باعث کاهش مکیدن انگشت می شود. پیشنهاد می شود مسئولان بهداشتی کشور با اجرای برنامه های آموزشی در زمینه شناخت مکیدن انگشت و عوامل تاثیر گذار بر آن و رسیدگی به موقع در مراحل اولیه با صرف دقت و هزینه کمتر پیشگیری نمایند. به والدین توصیه می شود که اگر فرزند شما می خواهد انگشت خود را بمکد به او یک پستانک بدهید. The aim of the study is define the relationship between social and demographic factors with prevalence of Digit sucking in 4 to 6 years old children in Busher Dashty city. Materials and Methods: Study type is descriptive analytic cross - section .the purpose group was 4 to 6 years old children. Group of 630 individuals were selected cluster random sampling manner. Data gain by question of parent and family, hygiene file evaluation and use of check listed. Results: Digit sucking is higher prevalence among girls. 131 children with digit sucking and 499 no digit sucking. 73 girls (55/7%) and 58 boys (44.3%) have Digit sucking habit. Digit sucking in higher prevalence among children which the family smoking and haven't owned home .long bottle feeding periods and use of pacifier showed a preventive effect against finger sucking Conclusion: Digit sucking has relation with children sex. The family use of smoking and have owned home relation to digit sucking and decrease in Digit sucking children is as a result of bottle feeding period's longer than12 months or use of pacifier. Propos responsible hygiene country with effect education plane about recognize appropriate and effective factors of Digit sucking and in early items can waste less time an investment prevention of Digit sucking.
