میزان دستیابی به اهداف عملی در گروه آموزشی دندانپزشکی کودکان

زمینه و هدف:دانشکده­ های دندانپزشکی تا دانش­آموختگان توانمندیبرای ارائه خدمات سلامت دهان تربیت نمایند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارزیابی دستیابی به مهارت­های کلینیکی دانشجویان در گروه آموزشی دندانپزشکی کودکان در دانشکده دندانپزشکی تهران بود.
روش بررسی: یک مطالعه مقطعی- توصیفی بر روی کلیه 55 نفر دانشجویان سال ششم به صورت سرشماری و گردید. داده­ها توسط پرسشنامه­ای روا و پایا براساس توانمندی­های بالینی مورد انتظار تهیه گردید. قضاوت دانشجویان از سطح مهارت­های عملی خودشان نمره­دهی براساس طیف لیکرت از یک تا پنج، به صورت خیلی کم، کم، متوسط، زیاد و خیلی زیاد سنجیده شد. داده­­ها به وسیله روش­های آماری توصیفی میانگین هر مهارت گزارش شد، از آنالیز رگرسیون برای آنالیز تاثیر فاکتورهای جنس، سن و سهمیه پذیرش استفاده شد.
یافته­ها:تمامی دانشجوی سال ششم ورودی از آزمون سراسری در این تحقیق شرکت کردند (میزان مشارکت 100%). تعداد هشت مهارت از هفده مهارت مورد بررسی به عنوان کسب توانمندی زیاد یا خیلی زیاد، از سوی دانشجویان ارزیابی شد. توانایی درمدیریت دندان­های ضربه خورده از سوی بیش از 70% دانشجویان کم یا خیلی کم ارزیابی شد.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده، دانشجویان سطح قابل قبولی از کسب مهارتهای عملی را به صورت خود ارزیابی بیان کردند، اما برنامه آموزشی نتوانسته بود به ایده­آل­های آموزشی خود برسد. تغییراتی در آموزش به منظور ارتقاء سطح توانمندی­هایی که امتیاز پایینی را کسب کرده بودند، مورد نیاز
می­باشد.
